Process-informed habitat suitability thresholds reveal fragmentation patterns of the largest seagrass meadow in China
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the data, code and supporting materials used in the study on process-informed habitat suitability and seagrass meadow fragmentation in the Caofeidian shallow-water system, Bohai Bay, China. The dataset includes seagrass presence–absence observations, independently identified meadow structural states, environmental predictors, measured nutrient variables, habitat suitability outputs, variable importance, response curves, habitat suitability thresholds, landscape metrics, relative fragmentation indices and local environmental constraint results. Custom R and Python scripts used for data processing, habitat suitability modelling, threshold analysis, fragmentation analysis and figure generation are also included. Delft3D FLOW and WAVE were used to derive hydrodynamic and wave-related predictors; nutrient variables were obtained from field measurements and were not dynamically simulated by Delft3D. The repository provides the minimum data and code required to interpret and reproduce the main analyses and figures reported in the associated manuscript.
