Mooring 07 off Cabo Frio: hydrographic and molluscan reproducibility package

This reproducibility package supports the analysis of hydrographic conditions and molluscan material recovered from Mooring 07 on the outer continental shelf off Cabo Frio, southeastern Brazil. It contains hourly temperature and salinity series at the grid levels nearest the subsurface buoy (30.00 m) and sediment trap (74.59 m), taxonomic abundance data, daily and monthly summaries, SACW-like event tables, statistical outputs, metadata, quality-control audits, analysis and figure scripts, and publication figures. The source NetCDF is a processed, vertically gridded product and is described in the included metadata; the 947 MB source file is not redistributed because its redistribution rights were not documented.
