Analysis of IKKb (Ird5) regulated genes in control and hemizygote IKKb (Ird5) null mutant adult flies after DCV (Drosophila C virus) infection. Drosophila melanogaster

This DNA microarray analysis (agilent) help to identify candidate genes induced by DCV infection and regulated by IKKb (Ird5) in control (Df/+) and hemizygote IKKb (Ird5) null mutant (Dr/Ird5[1]) adult flies. Overall design: Control and hemizygote IKKb (Ird5) null mutant flies were generated by crossing with Df(3R)Exel7328 and wild-type (cnbw) or IKKb (Ird5)[1] flies, respectively. They are then infected by DCV (500 pfu/fly) for 3 days. Tris injected flies for each genotype were used as control.
