Dataset from: A quiet public? Procedural justice in Portuguese wind energy governance

This dataset accompanies a journal article related with public participation in wind and solar energy in Portugal. It contains a database of web scraped public consultation processes related with wind power plants and decentralized solar power plants until 2023.
