农药在蔬菜中残留抑制率超标,容易引发中毒情况。菜市场对此项进行抽验并形成相关合格评价检测数据,可以对蔬菜农药残留抑制率的情况进行安全性评价,为政府监管、消费者购买提供参考和技术支撑。通过国家分类标准GB/T 5009.199-2003《蔬菜中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留快速检测》,采用酶抑制率法,对菜市场规划的摊位中的蔬菜进行农药残留抑制率的检测,通过试纸检测记录下对照溶液反应3min吸光度的变化值△A0,样品溶液反应3min吸光度的变化值△At,得到最终的检测抑制率,计算公式如下:蔬菜中的农药残留抑制率=[(△A0-△At)/△A0]X100);当检测抑制率未超过抑制率标准<50时则判定为合格,判定公式为F(X)=IF(检测抑制率<抑制率标准50,"合格")。
Excessive inhibition rates of pesticide residues in vegetables may easily lead to poisoning incidents. Local vegetable markets conduct spot checks on this item and generate corresponding qualified evaluation test data, which can be used to perform safety assessment of vegetable pesticide residue inhibition rates, providing reference and technical support for government supervision and consumer purchasing. In accordance with the national standard GB/T 5009.199-2003 *Rapid Determination of Organophosphorus and Carbamate Pesticide Residues in Vegetables*, the enzyme inhibition rate method was adopted to detect the pesticide residue inhibition rates of vegetables from designated stalls in vegetable markets. Through test strip detection, the absorbance change value △A0 of the control solution after 3 minutes of reaction and the absorbance change value △At of the sample solution after 3 minutes of reaction were recorded, and the final detection inhibition rate was calculated using the following formula: Pesticide residue inhibition rate in vegetables = [(△A0 - △At)/△A0] × 100. When the detected inhibition rate is lower than the threshold value of 50, the sample is judged as qualified. The judgment formula is: F(X)=IF(detected inhibition rate < 50, "Qualified")
