Data for: hENT1 Reverses Chemoresistance by Regulating Glycolysis in Pancreatic Cancer.

These data include the original data of in vitro and in vivo experiments. "P VS PR" means: comparing results between GEM-resistant pancreatic cancer cells and their parental sensitive ones. "TOTAL" means: comparing results among GEM-resistant pancreatic cancer cells, parental sensitive pancreatic cancer cells and the two cells transfected with lentivirus carrying Lv-hENT1 plasmid. GEM- group and GEM+ group were set in all experiments. In vitro tests, GEM+ group means: cells treated with 33.3nmol/L GEM in medium for 24h. In vivo tests, GEM+ group means: BALB/c nude mice treated with 3.33nmol/kg GEM by oral every other day after tumorigenesis for 4 times.
