Recently, researcher observed that inoculation with Pediococcus could improve legume silage quality through increased production of lactic acid and decreased pH value . The relative abundances of spherical LAB such as Pediococcus was stabilized in nettle silage . We wonder whether Pediococcus showed ability to determinate the fermentation characteristic or could solve this challenging of nettle silage, and find out which factors impact these bacteria.
