The rapid transformation of modern education requires teachers to possess not only professional knowledge and methodological skills but also creative and reflective competencies. Pedagogical technologies play a significant role in developing these competencies by promoting innovative thinking, self-analysis, problem-solving abilities, and professional self-improvement. This article examines the importance of pedagogical technologies in enhancing teachers’ creative and reflective competencies within contemporary educational environments. The research is based on qualitative and comparative analyses of scientific literature, pedagogical studies, and modern educational practices. The findings reveal that interactive and digital pedagogical technologies positively influence teachers’ creativity, reflective thinking, communication skills, and professional adaptability. Furthermore, the study highlights the effectiveness of project-based learning, collaborative learning, case-study methods, and digital educational platforms in developing teachers’ professional competence. The article concludes that the integration of pedagogical technologies into teacher education systems contributes significantly to improving educational quality and fostering continuous professional growth.
