Endophytic microbiome in pine plants

Here we conducted a broad-scale sampling across China to investigate the endophytic bacterial and fungal communities associated with four compartments (e.g., leaf, branch, stem, and root) of both healthy and nematode-infected pine plants. The file '16s' includes the 16S rRNA gene sequences of each sample, and the file 'ITS sequences' includes the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) sequences of each sample.
