Apeltes quadracus Genome sequencing and male assembly. Apeltes quadracus

In this project, we assembled the male genome of Apeltes quadracus. At the same time, we conducted whole-genome sequencing of wild populations of both males and females from three locations: Connecticut, USA, Massachusetts, USA, and Nova Scotia,Canada. For each population, we performed artificial crosses and conducted whole-genome pooled sequencing for each sexes. Additionally, for the cross in NS, we sequenced RNA as well.
