Replication Data for: Orientation bias of self-assembled alkanes and their derivatives under dynamic lateral nanoconfinement conditions

The purpose of this data set is to give the reader access to the data used in the publication "Orientation bias of self-assembled alkanes and their derivatives under dynamic lateral nanoconfinement conditions". This folder contains a dataset of scanning tunnelling microscopy (STM) images and quantitative analysis files used for a systematic study of the orientation distribution of alkanes and functionalized alkanes on HOPG substrate.
