INDoRI

INDoRI（印度食谱与食材数据集）是由印度技术学院焦特布尔分校创建的一个包含5187条食谱的综合数据集，涵盖了印度18个地区的多样化烹饪实践。该数据集不仅包括食谱和相应的食材，还引入了独特的食材停用词（ISW）集合，用于精确提取食材信息。此外，数据集还构建了一个食材网络（InN），展示了不同食谱中食材之间的关联。INDoRI的应用领域广泛，旨在通过数据分析深入理解印度烹饪文化，并解决食品计算中的挑战，如食谱分类、食材推荐等。INDoRI (Indian Recipe and Ingredient Dataset) is a comprehensive dataset comprising 5187 recipes, developed by the Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur, covering diverse culinary practices across 18 regions of India. Beyond basic recipe and ingredient information, the dataset features a unique collection of Ingredient Stop Words (ISW) for precise extraction of ingredient-related data. Additionally, an Ingredient Network (InN) has been constructed within the dataset to illustrate the associations between ingredients across different recipes. With broad application potential, INDoRI aims to facilitate in-depth understanding of Indian culinary culture through data analysis, and address core challenges in food computing such as recipe classification and ingredient recommendation.
