Raw Data and Source Data for: A combinatorial DNA origami platform for biologically replicable, thermostable data storage and molecular authentication

## Project DescriptionThis dataset contains the underlying raw experimental data supporting the conclusions of the manuscript associated with the EIC Pathfinder project "DuraStore". This includes DNA-PAINT localizations, raw TEM images, and gel electrophoresis images. ## Directory Structure* Exchange_PAINT/: Contains raw localization data (.hdf5) and metadata (.yaml) for DNA-PAINT experiments. See individual subfolder READMEs for specific experimental conditions and imaging parameters[cite: 3].* Gel_images/: Contains raw, uncropped images (.tif) of all gel electrophoresis experiments referenced in the manuscript.* TEM/: Contains raw TEM acquisition files (.mrc) and metadata (.mdoc). Each subfolder includes a README detailing the specific sample conditions. ## Data Processing & Methods* DNA-PAINT: Preprocessing, localization, and drift correction parameters are documented in the README.txt files within the Exchange_PAINT subdirectories.
