Knockdown of NFATC2 in AML cell lines using a lentiviral shRNA approach was shown to be detrimental to cell survival in vitro. We hypothesised that NFATC2 is essential for AML oncogenic signalling in these cells and its depletion would result in the perturbation of the affected pathways Three biological replicates of NFATC2 knockdown by shRNA in the THP-1 AML cell line. RNA harvested 48 hours after transduction with lentivirus.
