本数据集来源于广东医科大学附属医院2023年1月至2023年12月期间放射治疗过程中记录的首次摆位误差信息。数据涵盖多个病区、不同部位的肿瘤患者，记录了其诊断信息、治疗部位、病房信息、摆位时间、所使用的加速器型号以及摆位误差的空间位移（X/Y/Z 方向的偏移值），CBCT图像与计划CT图像的自动配准（包括刚性配准和形变配准）比对，结合人工调整确认，整理为结构化表格数据。该数据可用于放疗摆位误差分析、放疗质量控制评估、放疗流程优化、数据建模与科研分析等多种临床与科研场景。

This dataset is sourced from the first setup error records collected during radiotherapy at the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from January 2023 to December 2023. The data covers cancer patients from multiple wards with tumors at various anatomical sites, and records their diagnostic information, treatment site, ward information, setup time, the linear accelerator model used, spatial displacements of setup errors (offset values in X/Y/Z directions), as well as the automatic registration (including rigid and deformable registration) between CBCT images and planning CT images. The registration results are verified via manual adjustment and confirmation, and the entire dataset is organized into structured tabular data. This dataset can be applied to various clinical and research scenarios, including analysis of radiotherapy setup errors, radiotherapy quality control assessment, radiotherapy workflow optimization, data modeling and scientific research analysis.
