The circulars includes the following information:- date- who the circular is directed towards- title- information of the circular and- authorising Chief Civil Engineer.Topics the circulars covered typically includes directions on employment conditions, working procedures, safe work procedures, leave authority, legislation updates, reporting requirements and procedures. The circulars also contain some notes and initials of Railway Officers who have sighted the circular.
