资源简介:
This randomized controlled study (N = 99; 87 women, 12 men; M age = 29.01, SD = 4.05) evaluated the effects of a seven-week online mindfulness-based intervention (Wheel of Awareness) on psychological distress and access to internal states within the SPIS model of OCD. Participants were assigned to either an intervention or waitlist control group and completed pre- and post-intervention self-report measures (FFMQ, SPISI, DASS-21, OCI-R). Results showed significant increases in mindfulness skills and reductions in stress, anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive symptoms in the intervention group. Non-judgment of internal experiences mediated improvements in distress and OCD symptoms. Findings support the effectiveness of online mindfulness interventions and highlight nonjudgmental awareness as a key mechanism of change.
