Gene expression profile magnetic beads sorted CD8+ T cells from naïve splenocytes and OVA257-264 peptide activated splenocytes from WT and Susd2-/- OT-I mice

CD8+ T cells are phenotypically heterogeneous with varying degrees of functional change. We used Bulk RNA sequencing ( Bulk RNA-seq) to analyze the differences betwteen WT and Susd2-/- OT-I mice. Overall design: CD8+ T cells were isolated by the EasySep Mouse CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit (STEMCELL Technologies) from total splenocytes of either WT or Susd2-/- OT-I mice left untreated or stimulated with OVA257-264 for 3 days. There are 2 samples in WT and 2 samples in Susd2-/- at Day0, and 2 samples WT and 2 samples in Susd2-/- at Day3.
