Multi-omics Analysis of Amorphophallus konjac (Konjac) Infected by Southern Blight (Sclerotium rolfsii)

This study elucidates the pathogenic mechanisms of Sclerotium rolfsii (southern blight) and its interaction with konjac (Amorphophallus konjac) through whole-genome sequencing, dual RNA-seq transcriptomics, and proteomics. It aims to identify konjac disease-resistance genes and pathogen virulence factors, advancing disease-resistant breeding and eco-friendly control strategies.
