Data from "Global patterns and determinants of multiple facets of plant diversity"

Data includes the derived diversity metrics of plant diversity (species richness, sesPD, sesFD) along with the new metric we calculated (μ-diversity). We also provided all the explanatory variables needed to run the models. The material includes a "README.txt" file and five scripts to replicate the analyses in the main text of the manuscript. In more detail, "01_Fig.1.R" allows the calculation of the ranked diversity patterns, "02_Fig.2.R" allows the calculation of the diversity patterns and the latitudinal gradients; "03_Fig.3.R" the overlap and variation partitioning; "04_Fig.4.R" the random forest and "06_Fig. 6.R" the calculation of the exposure of plant diversity to current human impacts. The script "00_AllAnalyses.R" acts as a collector and allows the launch of the other scripts. The script "Diversity_calculations.R" uses a working example to show how to derive the diversity metrics.
