This study includes high-throughput sequencing data from five rounds of HT-SELEX developing aptamers against the Interleukin 10 receptor alpha chain (IL-10RA). IL-10 is considered to be a master regulator of immunity to infection and is an important therapeutic molecular target (27). Rounds 2, 3, 4, and 5 have been sequenced.
