Research notes: selected bibliography, lecture annotations, and selected quotations

<p>These research files contains the primary materials used in the preparation of the article &#34;Indigenous Humanities&#34; [Humanistyka Indygeniczna]. It includes:</p><ol><li>A selected bibliography of key texts in Indigenous studies, critical theory, and decolonial humanities.</li><li>Annotated notes from Elizabeth Povinelli’s 2024 Stanford lecture titled “Differential Dispossession and the Rise of (European) White Indigeneity,” focusing on the “European White Counterreformation,” a contemporary turn among white European nativists toward premodern ancestral identities as a response to the decline of Christian-capitalist supremacys.</li><li>Extracts from Daniel Wildcat’s article “Indigenizing the Future,” with emphasis on Indigenous futurism, relational ontologies, and land-based epistemologies.</li></ol><p>Together, these materials provided the theoretical grounding and critical framing for the argument developed in the article, particularly regarding the tension between Western academic discourse and Indigenous knowledge systems, the ethics of epistemic sovereignty, and the plural temporality of Indigenous thought.</p>
