Dataset on Machine Learning-Based Predictive Customer Modeling in Automotive After-Sales Services

This dataset provides the bibliometric and thematic resources used to support a systematic literature review on machine learning-based predictive customer modeling in after-sales services. It includes the full bibliometric metadata of 365 Scopus-indexed publications, outputs generated from Biblioshiny (via the Bibliometrix R package), and the set of 17 selected studies used for thematic synthesis. The dataset covers publication details such as titles, authors, abstracts, keywords, sources, years, and citation metrics. These resources ensure transparency, reproducibility, and facilitate further exploration of data engineering and enterprise system perspectives in predictive customer modeling research.
