Appendix of Master thesis (Exploring cry5: Gene Sequence Identification and Bioinformatic Modeling in Three-Spined Stickleback (Gasterosteus aculeatus) and Fourline Cardinalfish (Ostorhinchus doederleini))

The aim of this project was to identify the correct gene sequence of cry5 in the migratory three-spined stickleback (Gasterosteus aculeatus) and the fourline cardinalfish (Ostorhinchus doederleini). Additionally, bioinformatic predictions with species-specific parameters were made for comparison and to assess how accurate the gene modeling was.
