Raw experimental data accompanying the manuscript: Pérez-Baños et al. "Antigen-Presenting Cell-like Neutrophils Orchestrate TRIMELVax-Induced Antitumor Immunity by Linking Early Inflammation to Tumor Growth Control". Analysis code The R scripts for the RT-qPCR and flow cytometry statistical analyses are available on GitHub: 🔗 https://github.com/astaburuaga-garcia/TRIMELVax Files RT-qPCR data File Description RTqPCR_CTvalues.csv Raw Ct values from the Mouse Inflammatory Cytokines & Receptors RT² Profiler PCR Array (Qiagen, cat. PAMM-011Z). One column per sample, rows are array wells. Semicolon-delimited. Column naming convention: <Treatment>_<Replicate>_<Timepoint> (e.g., TrimelVax_N1_6). Housekeeping wells: H01–H05 (used for ΔCt normalisation). Remaining row-H wells are array controls. Batches: Replicates N1/N2 were processed in batch 1; N3/N4 in batch 2. B16Vax samples were run in batch 2 only. Flow cytometry data All four files share the same structure: columns for cell_type, time.point, treatment, and Value (cell count). Semicolon-delimited. File Description flow1_APC_totales.csv Total antigen-presenting cell (APC) counts. flow2_poblaciones_CDs.csv Dendritic cell (DC) subpopulation counts. flow3_sub_CDs_CFSE_pos.csv CFSE⁺ (vaccine-derived) DC subpopulation counts. flow4_sub_CDs_CFSE_neg.csv CFSE⁻ (host-derived) DC subpopulation counts. Treatments: PBS, Gvax, TRIMELVax, TRIMELVax +Ly6G. Timepoints: 12, 24, 48, 72 h post-vaccination. Decimal separator: Comma (European convention).
