青藏高原及其周边地区外来入侵两栖爬行动物数据集（2022）

为描述青藏高原及其周边地区外来两栖爬行动物入侵格局，子课题（2019QZKK05010302）于2022年集中在西藏自治区林芝地区开展外来两栖爬行动物调查，共采集外来两栖爬行动物标本50份，组织样品30份。本数据集包含1个标本信息表，1个组织样品信息表。信息表包含物种、品种、详细采样地、样品类型、采集时间、采集人、保存方式等基本样品信息，以excel表形式存储。标准样品照47张、生境照58张、工作照9张。照片，以jpg格式存储。

To describe the invasion patterns of alien amphibians and reptiles in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and its surrounding areas, the sub-project (2019QZKK05010302) conducted a targeted survey on alien amphibians and reptiles in Nyingchi Prefecture, Tibet Autonomous Region in 2022, collecting a total of 50 alien amphibian and reptile specimens and 30 tissue samples. This dataset includes one specimen information table and one tissue sample information table. The tables cover basic sample information including species, variety, detailed sampling site, sample type, collection time, collector, preservation method and other related items, and are stored in Excel format. There are 47 standard specimen photographs, 58 habitat photographs and 9 work photographs, all saved in JPG format.
