ITC 2019 competition reduced datasets

This is the reduced version of the International Timetabling Competition 2019 (ITC 2019) datasets. The datasets have been reduced by the methods developed for the winning algorithm of the ITC 2019. The files are in the same format as the original ITC 2019 datasets, making them easy to use. The reduction algorithm has been further improved; the resulting data are presented here:
