This dataset has been generated utilizing the REleASE method described in Posner (2007, doi:10.1029/2006SW000268). It utilizes data from the Electron Proton Helium INstrument aboard SOHO (Müller-Mellin et al., 1995, doi:10.1007/BF00733437).  Yearly files of 22 proton energy bins created from level 1 EPHIN .PHA and .SCI data from 1995 to 2016. Each file contains data with a 1 minute time resolution.    Contents of each file: Columns #1:     year#2:     day of year (DOY)#3:     milliseconds of the day#4:     flag for data status:->      0 = not nominal data (do not use)->      1 = ok#5:     criterium for high fluxes:->      1 if count rate in anti coincidence > 25e5 * 59.95312->      1 if a00+a01+a02+a03+a04+a05 count rate > 47500 * 59.95312->      else 0#6:     <2: ring on, >=2: ring off proton fluxes in (cm^2 s sr MeV)^-1 in the folowing energy bins#7:     3.98 - 4.47 MeV#8:     4.47 - 5.01 MeV#9:     5.01 - 5.62 MeV#10:    5.62 - 6.31 MeV#11:    6.31 - 7.08 MeV#12:    7.08 - 7.94 MeV#13:    7.94 - 8.91 MeV#14:    8.91 - 10.00 MeV#15:    10.00 - 11.22 MeV#16:    11.22 - 12.59 Mev#17:    12.59 - 14.13 MeV#18:    14.13 - 15.85 MeV#19:    15.85 - 17.78 MeV#20:    17.78 - 19.95 MeV#21:    19.95 - 22.39 MeV#22:    22.39 - 25.12 MeV#23:    25.12 - 28.18 MeV#24:    28.18 - 31.62 MeV#25:    31.62 - 35.48 MeV#26:    35.48 - 39.81 MeV#27:    39.81 - 44.67 MeV#28:    44.67 - 50.12 MeV
