Development of H3K27 peptide-STAT3 Complex Probe y Identify STAT3 Interacting Proteome

Based on our research on the interaction and functional regulation of STAT3 and histone H3K27 crotonylation; Here, we developed a histone H3K27 peptide-STAT3 complex probe to covalently capture interacting proteins at the STAT3 contact interface. This peptide-protein complex probe successfully captured some proteins that potentially interact with STAT3 through photo-cross-linking of diazirine groups. The verification of interaction between 12 high-confidence candidate proteins and STAT3 highlighted the outstanding capability of this histone H3K27 peptide-STAT3 complex probe in capturing interactive proteins.
