Implication of Repeat Insertion Domains in the Trans-Activity of the Long non-coding RNA ANRIL [ChIRP-seq]

We performed Chromatin Isolation by RNA Purification (ChIRP-seq) of the lncRNA ANRIL in HEK293 cell line. We identified 3227 genomic regions to be contacted by ANRIL. Overall design: Two pools (even and odd) of antisense biotinylated oligos against ANRIL and LacZ negative control were used. Sequencing was done on two independent replicates. Please note that each processed data file was generated from both even and odd samples, and is linked to the corresponding *Even* sample records.
