Route L-SUAR Supporting Results Data for Structure-Utility Misalignment in Relational Multi-Agent Learning

Controlled synthetic supporting results for Route L-SUAR. The archive contains de-identified, publication-oriented cell- and block-level result tables for the frozen V127 confirmatory study and V128 external-validation successor, exact copies of the frozen confirmatory analysis JSON files, a machine-readable manifest, and a deterministic recomputation script. Recomputed checks cover all six V127 endpoints, negative controls, V128 primary and secondary contrasts, and the simultaneous critical value. The archive excludes seeds, initialization keys, checkpoints and inventories, queue or lane state, remote paths, logs, credentials, governance receipts, and operational artifacts. V127 supports 3 of 6 preregistered endpoint claims and does not support the joint hypothesis; V128 independently supports the structure and relation contrasts but not the task-NLL contrast.
