资源简介:
The research hypothesis is that peripheral inflammation will cause an increase in c-Fos expression in brain areas involved in the control of pain. We induced mechanical allodynia with the administration of the complete Freund’s adjuvant (CFA) in the hindpaw that resulted in mechanical allodynia at the third day post administration. A behavioral test was carried out and mechanical allodynia was observed. Two hours later, the rats were sacrificed and the brains collected for inmunohistochemical analysis.
