NRS-13566 | Warrants and appointments before the Master

This series shows date and time of appointment, names of litigants, purpose of appointment, for example, to pass and settle minutes of orders and decrees, tax costs (both in Law and Equity), examine witnesses viva voce, examine articled clerks respecting their admission as attornies, hearings regarding matters referred to the Master (exceptions to defendant's answers, interlocutory orders etc.), determine the admissibility of evidence, examine accounts of guardians' committees and receivers. Appointments before the Master could also be for the purpose of obtaining warrants (ie. warrants to proceed, show cause, settle draft reports, deposit books of account).
