METHODS FOR IMPROVING ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN OIL AND GAS PROCESSING ENTERPRISES
收藏资源简介:
This article analyzes technological and managerial approaches to improving energy efficiency in oil and gas processing enterprises. Particular attention is given to fired-heater and boiler performance, heat-exchanger networks, pinch analysis, steam and condensate systems, compressors and pumps, flare-gas recovery, waste-heat utilization, advanced process control, and energy management. A methodological model based on energy auditing and phased modernization is proposed. Four tables summarize major energy consumers, energy-saving measures, monitoring indicators, and implementation priorities. The analysis demonstrates that sustainable energy efficiency cannot be achieved through isolated equipment replacement alone; it requires the integration of material and energy balances, process integration, disciplined operation, reliable instrumentation, maintenance practices, and continuous monitoring.
