Shown is a confocal analysis of IGF-treated Chinese hamster ovary cells (CHO.K1) expressing GFP-MHCII-B wild-type (green). Cells were stained for F-actin (magenta) and MHCII-B (blue). This experiment shows that Ser1935 controls the architecture of the leading edge and the exclusion of NMII-B from this region.
