资源简介:
This dataset contains benchmark instances and optimal solutions for the Robust Multi-Period WEEE Allocation and Rare Metal Accumulation Problem (MP-WARMAP), a multi-period mixed-integer linear programming model for tactical planning of urban waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) collection and critical-metal recovery (Gdowska & Pham, 2026). The instances represent a stylised municipal collection network comprising multiple collection locations, consolidation facilities, heterogeneous WEEE streams, inter-temporal metal accumulation, and a binding transport-emission constraint. The dataset is synthetic but calibrated to realistic orders of magnitude observed in WEEE collection systems, and is designed to isolate structural planning mechanisms rather than to reproduce a specific city.
The benchmark analyses three decision mechanisms:
(A) robustness to uncertain inflows,
(B) feasibility thresholds induced by environmental regulation,
(C) responsiveness to market price signals.
Model and instances are coded in GNU MathProg. Solutions were obtained by solving the MP-WARMAP MILP model using an AMPL-compatible solver, glpsol.
