Nucleotide diversity per site across the genome

The per-site value of nucleotide diversity (along with information about the site-type) across the genome is given for each of the 4 species - P. tetraurelia, P. biaurelia, P. sexaurelia and P. caudatum.

These files were used to perform analyses in the manuscript - "A population-genetic lens into the process of gene loss following whole-genome duplication".
