FCCTxDB: Food Contact Chemicals Transcriptomics Database
收藏资源简介:
Food safety is a major concern for both the government and the public, particularly with food contact chemicals such as packaging materials and additives. Many of these substances lack sufficient toxicology data, posing health risks to consumers. While we have developed in silico models like ChemDIS and ChemDIS-Mixture to analyze chemical effects, they did not consider crucial factors such as dose-response relationships and organ-specific effects. To address this, we created FCCTxDB, a dose- and organ-aware transcriptomics database for food contact chemicals. This database includes curated transcriptomic data from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) that detail differentially expressed genes associated with various chemical exposures, along with dose and experimental details.
