We prepared ICR male mice and fed mice with either an HFD-cellulose (high-fat diet containing only cellulose for dietary fiber) or HFD-RMD(high-fat diet containing only resistant maltodextrin for dietary fiber) in individual cages for 8 weeks. We collected fresh feces at ZT10 before the experiment starting and after the kept each condition for 8 weeks, to analyze the gut microbiota composition.
