In our research, we employed PacBio's third-generation sequencing along with Hi-C technology to obtain raw data and achieve chromosome-level genome assemblies of Stenopsyche angustata. The assembly size was 510.47 Mb, with scaffold N50 lengths of 39.81 Mb. We successfully anchored S. angustata to 13 pseudochromosomes and identified 10699 protein-coding genes.
