NITRO 5G Cybersecurity Exercise Dataset: Network Captures and Command Histories

This dataset contains cybersecurity artefacts collected during NITRO 5G-IoT cyber range experimentation. The contribution includes ten network packet captures (PCAP files) and two supporting command-history artefacts documenting experimental activities performed within the NITRO cybersecurity exercises. The dataset preserves captured network observations and supporting context for offline analysis, cybersecurity training, protocol inspection and research reuse. The published artefacts include observations related to 5G signalling procedures, session-related communication, replay experimentation, container-security activities and machine-learning-related experimentation. The dataset is distributed as a static research contribution. It does not provide a live connection, continuous monitoring capability, automated feedback mechanism or synchronisation with the operational NITRO platform. The dataset record is accompanied by:- README.md, providing dataset overview and usage information;- MANIFEST.csv, providing dataset inventory and metadata;- SHA256SUMS.txt, providing integrity verification information; The presence of traffic, commands or protocol messages does not automatically prove successful exploitation, service disruption, compromise or completion of an exercise objective. Users should consult the accompanying dataset documentation when interpreting individual captures. The dataset supports offline protocol analysis, cybersecurity training and research reuse while preserving the distinction between observed network behaviour and conclusions requiring additional evidence.
