We characterized the the effect of EZH2 inhibition on gene expression in the LIMe-Hi-C K562 clone Overall design: For RNA-seq preparation, the M.CviPI-Lamin-B1 inducible K562 clone was treated in triplicate with either with vehicle (DMSO 0.1% v/v) or GSK343 (1µM) for 72 hours and induced with doxcycline (1µg/mL) for the final 24 hours of the drug treatments. Upon completion of the treatments, RNA was isolated and sequenced to assess changes in transcription.
