Exact source-page markers, editable TeX, the corrected 52-page authority, and a bounded QA/evidence archive are included. Language coverage. German coverage is pages 1-52. English coverage remains pages 1-13 only in the inherited Steinitz_44_bedingtIII_p001-013_shortpaths.zip. No Simplified Chinese translation is included in this German release. A complete standalone zh-Hans semantic-replay translation is the mandatory next production phase; this version is not bilingual, trilingual, or a complete English edition. Verification. Every authority page 14-52 and every page seam was directly replayed; the unresolved-reading ledger is empty. Native source resolution and damage were independently assessed. Isolated and live canonical builds passed twice. All 31 output pages and 51 individually bounded dense-mathematics output crops were inspected; the sole box warning is a benign loose line in the frozen p1-13 material.
