The Predictive Value of HALP Score for Maximal Cytoreductive Surgery in Advanced-Stage Epithelial Ovarian Cancer

This record contains de-identified patient-level data and SPSS syntax supporting the manuscript “The Predictive Value of HALP Score for Maximal Cytoreductive Surgery in Advanced-Stage Epithelial Ovarian Cancer.” Data were collected consecutively at a single gynecologic oncology center between October 2022 and April 2024, 140 patients who underwent primary cytoreductive surgery. Variables include demographics (age, BMI), preoperative laboratories (hemoglobin, albumin, lymphocyte, platelet, CA-125), the derived HALP score, operative time, intraoperative ascites volume, histology, FIGO 2014 stage, and the cytoreductive outcome label (MCR/OCR/SCR; primary endpoint: MCR vs non-MCR). HALP is reported both on the g/L, /L scale; and with g/dL and 10³/µL (halpskorcarpiyuz), the numerical value equals 100 × (Hb[g/dL] × Alb[g/dL] × lymphocyte[10³/µL] / platelet[10³/µL]). The deposit includes files to reproduce summary tables and ROC analyses. All data are de-identified: direct identifiers are removed.
