This dataset is established to evaluate the pesticide residue compliance of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) decoction piece manufacturers by analyzing fipronil detection data in Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu), providing references and technical support for consumer purchasing and government regulatory work.
1. Data Collection: Collect relevant information including sample names, detection items, detection methods, and detection results.
2. Data Processing: Screen out unqualified detection results of fipronil content in Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu). As stipulated in the General Rules for the Inspection of Medicinal Materials and Decoction Pieces (0212, Volume 4, Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 Edition), "No prohibited pesticides shall be detected in plant-derived medicinal materials and decoction pieces (i.e., their contents shall not exceed the limit of quantitation (LOQ))". The specified limit for fipronil is ≤0.02 mg/kg. For safety assessment, the unqualified rate of fipronil in Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu) is calculated as: (number of unqualified fipronil detection batches) / (total number of fipronil detection batches for Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu)).
