资源简介:
The EPA Transcriptomic Assessment Product (ETAP) is a human health assessment that utilizes a standardized short-term in vivo study design and data analysis procedures to develop transcriptomic-based reference values for data poor chemicals. The reference value represents the daily dose of the chemical that would likely be without appreciable risk to human health over a lifetime. This dataset corresponds to the transcriptomic studies on perfluoro-3-methoxypropanoic acid (DTXSID70191136). More information about ETAP is available at: https://www.epa.gov/etap A 5-day repeated dose exposure study for perfluoro-3-methoxypropanoic acid was performed in both male and female Sprague Dawley rats separated into 9 dose groups plus vehicle control animals. The vehicle was deionized water and route of exposure was oral gavage (5 ml/kg). Tissues were removed and preserved 24 hours following the last dose. Transcriptomic measurements were performed using targeted RNA sequencing in kidney, liver, adrenal gland, brain, heart, lung, ovary (females), spleen, testis (males), thyroid, thymus, and uterus (females). More details on the study design are available at: https://doi.org/10.23645/epacomptox.25352962
