We performed the CUT&Tag analysis on the chromatic profiling of PHF8 and E2F1 in prostate cancer.A total of 6589 and 14899 peaks on the promoters were identified in PHF8k's and E2F1's binding results and 81% binding sites on promoters were shared. Overall design: The chromatic binding profile of PHF8 and E2F1 was performed by CUT&tag analysis.
