Estrogen and progesterone regulate expression of immune-related genes in the PDC line (EnC-A) established from endometrial cancer specimen. Overall design: Endometrial cancer PDCs (EnC-A) were established by spheroid culture. To examine the effects of estrogen and progesterone on gene expression, the PDCs were treated with estrogen, progesterone, mixed estrogen and progesterone, or vehicle (ethanol) for 24 h. Total RNAs were extracted from these cells and then used for Affymetrix microarrays analysis.
