Supplementary Research Dataset for a Systematic Review on Interoperability and Secondary Use of Rare Disease Health Data in the European Health Data Space

This repository contains supplementary research materials supporting a systematic review on interoperability and secondary use of rare disease data at national and European levels, in the context of the European Health Data Space (EHDS). The materials include database search strategies, study-screening records, PRISMA workflow documentation, a table of included primary studies, and data-extraction spreadsheets used to organise and synthesise the evidence. The files are provided in their original formats to support transparency, traceability and reproducibility of the review process.
