Safe Country Policies Dataset (Version 1.2)

The Safe Country Policies Dataset (SACOP) provides original data on the adoption and characteristics of Safe Country Policies (SCPs) and National Asylum Frameworks (NAFs) in 195 states from 1951 to 2021. Version 1.2 of the SACOP dataset includes the core variables of version 1.1 in a panel dataset format.
